The majestic mountain of Ausangate is considered God’s protector and is currently the fifth tallest mountain in Peru at 6,384 meters. In the middle of the snow-capped mountains and herds of alpaca is the rainbow mountain, known as “vinicunca”, meaning hills of colors.
